THE BASICS

What is the White Party? 

The White Party is Gigante's annual signature summer event — an all-white evening beginning with dinner service inside the restaurant, followed by a poolside experience featuring DJ sets, live entertainment, fireworks, and full cocktail service from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

When does the event take place?

Thursday, June 18, 2026. Poolside access begins at 8:00 PM and the event concludes at 1:00 AM.

Where is the event held? 

Gigante Restaurant & Bar, 660 White Plains Road, Eastchester, New York 10709. The evening takes place across two settings — dinner service indoors and the main event poolside.

Is this event open to the public? 

Yes. Gigante is open to the public. No membership is required. Dinner reservations, general admission tickets, and VIP table reservations are available to all guests.

Is the event indoors or outdoors? 

The evening spans both settings. Dinner is served indoors at the restaurant. Following dinner service, the event transitions poolside where general admission and VIP table guests are welcomed for the remainder of the evening.

What occurs in the event of inclement weather?

In the event of severe weather, all updates will be communicated through our official Instagram account and email. Please follow @giganterestaurant for real-time announcements.

Is there an age requirement? 

Yes. This is a 21+ event. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. Entry will be denied to any guest unable to provide valid identification.

TICKETS & BOOKING

What are the options for attending? 

There are three ways to join the evening:

Dinner reservation — Guests dining with us receive complimentary poolside entry following dinner service. No additional ticket is required.

General admission — Poolside entry may be purchased in advance at $20 or at the door for $30, subject to availability.

VIP table reservation — A reserved poolside table with dedicated service and complimentary entry for your entire group.

Is a separate ticket required for dinner guests?

No. Guests who dine with us receive complimentary poolside entry following their meal. A general admission ticket is not required. Management will provide a wristband upon completion of dinner service.

Is walk-in entry available without a pre-purchased ticket? 

Walk-in entry is available at $30, however admission is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity, dress code compliance, and management discretion. Advance purchase is strongly recommended to ensure entry.

Where can tickets be purchased? 

General admission tickets and VIP table reservations are available through our official events page on SevenRooms. Dinner reservations may be made through our booking widget or by contacting the restaurant directly.

Are group tickets available?

General admission tickets are sold on an individual basis. For groups, we recommend reserving a VIP table, which includes complimentary entry for all guests in your party and a dedicated poolside space for the evening.

DINNER

Is there a set menu or prix fixe for the evening? 

No. Gigante will be serving its full à la carte dinner menu. Guests may order freely — there is no set menu and no fixed price for the evening.

What time are dinner reservations recommended? 

We recommend securing a reservation between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. This allows sufficient time to enjoy a complete dinner and transition poolside before the evening is underway. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 PM. Due to anticipated parking demand, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Is poolside attendance required after dinner? 

No. Guests are welcome to dine and depart at their leisure. Complimentary poolside entry is extended to all dinner guests, but participation in the evening event is entirely optional.

Is all-white attire required for dinner?

All-white attire is required for poolside entry. Guests intending to continue poolside after dinner should arrive dressed accordingly. Guests dining only without poolside attendance may adhere to our standard dress code.

How is poolside access granted after dinner? 

Management will provide a complimentary event wristband upon completion of your dinner service. This wristband grants direct poolside access at no additional charge.

Is dinner service available poolside? 

The poolside area is configured for cocktail and bottle service exclusively. Full dinner service is available indoors only. We recommend dining inside prior to joining the poolside event.

VIP TABLES

What is included with a VIP table reservation? 

Each VIP reservation includes a reserved poolside table, dedicated VIP service throughout the evening, a sparkler presentation, and complimentary event entry for all guests in your group. Bottles and cocktails are available to order from our full menu.

What is the pricing structure for VIP tables? 

VIP table pricing is based on a minimum spend requirement determined by group size:

Up to 4 guests — $500 minimum spend Up to 6 guests — $750 minimum spend Up to 8 guests — $1,000 minimum spend Up to 12 guests — $1,500 minimum spend

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the evening of the event.

What does the minimum spend requirement entail? 

The minimum spend represents the total amount your table is required to spend on beverage service throughout the evening. This is not a flat fee — your group selects freely from our full bottle and cocktail menu. Your deposit is applied toward the minimum. Any amount spent beyond the minimum is charged accordingly.

Are bottles included with the VIP table? 

Bottles are not included in the base reservation. The VIP table reservation secures your dedicated space, service, and group entry. All beverage selections are made from our full menu and applied toward your minimum spend requirement.

Do VIP table guests require separate general admission tickets?

No. Complimentary event entry is included for all guests seated at a VIP table. Separate admission tickets are not required.

Can the group size be adjusted after booking? 

Table assignments correspond to the group size selected at the time of booking. Should your group size change, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Table upgrades are subject to availability and will reflect the corresponding minimum spend adjustment.

Is the VIP deposit refundable? 

VIP deposits are non-refundable. All deposits are applied toward the final bill on the evening of the event. We recommend reviewing the full cancellation policy prior to completing your reservation.

Are outside beverages permitted? 

Outside beverages are not permitted at any time. Our complete bottle and cocktail menu will be available for service at your table throughout the evening.

DRESS CODE

What is the dress code for the evening?

All-white evening attire is required for poolside entry. Guests are expected to arrive polished, elevated, and dressed for the occasion. This is a formal evening event.

Are cream, ivory, or off-white acceptable?

 White and ivory are acceptable. Cream and off-white tones are permitted provided the overall appearance reads as white. If there is any uncertainty, we recommend choosing a true white.

Are patterns or prints permitted on white garments? 

Attire should present as all white. Minimal, subtle accents — such as gold or silver detailing on a white garment — are acceptable. Garments with prominent colored patterns or prints do not meet the dress code requirement.

What footwear is appropriate?

Dress shoes, heels, or elevated sandals in white, nude, gold, or silver are recommended. Sneakers, flip-flops, and athletic footwear are not permitted.

What attire is prohibited? 

The following items are not permitted for poolside entry: hats of any kind, hoodies, athletic or sportswear, swimwear, jerseys, shorts, tank tops, and any attire deemed overly casual by management. Guests who do not meet the dress code standard will not be granted entry, regardless of ticket or reservation status.

Is the dress code strictly enforced? 

Yes. Dress code compliance is assessed at the point of entry. Guests who do not meet the stated requirements will not be admitted to the poolside event. Refunds are not issued for dress code non-compliance. We recommend erring on the side of formality.

May accessories be a color other than white? 

Yes. Accessories including jewelry, clutches, watches, and footwear may be gold, silver, or nude-toned. The dress code applies to clothing — all garments should be white.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

What is the recommended arrival time?

Dinner guests should arrive at their reserved time. General admission and VIP table guests may enter poolside beginning at 8:00 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 9:00 PM to enjoy the full evening. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 PM.

What is the final entry time? 

Final entry is at 11:30 PM. We are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time, regardless of ticket type, guest list status, or table reservation. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Is parking available?

Valet parking is available on-site. Due to anticipated high volume, we strongly recommend arriving early or utilizing a rideshare service.

Is re-entry permitted after leaving the event? 

Re-entry is subject to capacity and management discretion. Guests who exit the poolside area may not be guaranteed re-admission. We recommend remaining for the duration of the event.

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs? 

We are happy to discuss specific accessibility requirements on an individual basis. Please contact the restaurant directly by phone or via direct message on Instagram so we may best accommodate your needs.

POLICIES

What is the cancellation and refund policy? 

All sales are final. Admission purchases, VIP table deposits, and all event-related payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, missed entry cutoff, dress code non-compliance, invalid identification, capacity limitations, or removal due to guest conduct.

Are tax and gratuity included? 

Sales tax of 8.375% and a 20% gratuity are applied to all VIP table service and bottle orders. These charges are in addition to the stated minimum spend requirements.

What is the policy if a wristband is lost? 

Your wristband serves as verification of entry and access level. In the event that a wristband is lost, guests will be required to verify their purchase at the door. We recommend keeping your wristband on for the duration of the evening.

Is smoking or vaping permitted at the event? 

Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the poolside event area. A designated smoking area is available — please inquire with a staff member for directions.
